About the project

The new three-storey building at Giles Lane provides 91 purpose-built student accommodation units, designed to deliver high-quality, modern living spaces.

We erected our scaffolding system around the building in preparation for the installation of the light gauge steel frame system, which formed the main structural framework of the project. This approach significantly improved construction efficiencies and helped to accelerate the overall programme.
Works progressed smoothly throughout the project, with our team consistently staying ahead of the site schedule and supporting the successful delivery of the development
